Delete Your Relayo Cloud Account
How to Request Deletion
There are two ways to request deletion of your Relayo Cloud account:
- In the app. Open Relayo Cloud and sign in, tap the Settings icon (top right of your machine list), then under Account tap Delete Account and confirm. If you haven't signed in recently, you may be asked to re-enter your password before the deletion completes.
- By email, if you no longer have the app installed. Send an email to relayo.app@gmail.com from the email address on your account, requesting that it be deleted.
What Gets Deleted
Requesting deletion through either method above permanently and immediately deletes:
- Every machine registered to your account, including its nickname, machine type, and generated alert address
- The full alert history (sender, subject, and message body) for every one of those machines
- Your account record — your email address, saved push notification token, and subscription status
- Your login itself, so it can no longer be used to sign back in
None of this is a soft delete or a scheduled purge — the data is removed from our database at the moment deletion is processed, and cannot be recovered afterward.
What Is Not Deleted By This
A few things sit outside what account deletion controls:
- RevenueCat, our subscription management provider, and Apple or Google keep their own transaction and billing records for any purchase you made — those are governed by their own respective privacy policies, not ours, and aren't something deleting your Relayo Cloud account removes.
- Our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, may incidentally log technical information such as IP addresses as a standard part of processing network requests and delivering email, as described in our Privacy Policy. This is routine infrastructure-level logging outside the application itself, not data account deletion purges.
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, deleting your Relayo Cloud account does not stop billing — you'll need to cancel it yourself, separately, through your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings, or you'll continue to be charged even after your account and data are gone.
