These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Relayo mobile application (the "App," "Service," or "Relayo"). By creating an account or using Relayo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Relayo relays alert emails sent by registered equipment ("IQ machines") to your mobile device as push notifications. Each registered machine is assigned a unique email address; alerts sent to that address are delivered to your device through the App.
You must create an account with a valid email address to use Relayo. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for safeguarding your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Relayo is offered on a subscription basis, currently $10/month or $100/year, with a free 7-day trial for new accounts. Subscriptions are billed and managed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play, in accordance with their respective terms and payment systems — Relayo does not process or store your payment information directly.
Unless cancelled before the end of the trial or current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged at the then-current price. Cancellations, refunds, and billing management are handled through your Apple or Google account settings, not within the App itself.

The Relayo name, logo, and App are the property of Relayo and its operator. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service, its branding, or its underlying code.
Relayo is designed for use with equipment manufactured by third parties, including systems referred to as "D&S" and "IQ" machines. D&S, IQ, and any related names are trademarks of their respective owners. Relayo is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to the manufacturer of any equipment it is used with. References to such equipment are solely to describe compatibility with the Service.
Relayo relies on third-party infrastructure providers, including Firebase, Cloudflare, RevenueCat, and the Apple App Store / Google Play, to operate. Relayo is not responsible for outages, errors, or disruptions caused by these third-party providers that are outside of its reasonable control.
Relayo is provided on a "best-effort" basis. Alert delivery depends on multiple factors outside Relayo's control, including your equipment's own outgoing email system, internet connectivity on both ends, and the reliability of third-party push notification and email infrastructure. Relayo does not guarantee that any alert will be delivered, or that it will be delivered without delay.
Relayo is intended as a convenience tool to supplement, not replace, your own regular monitoring and maintenance of your equipment. You should not rely on Relayo as the sole means of monitoring critical equipment.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RELAYO AND ITS OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE — INCLUDING DAMAGES RESULTING FROM A DELAYED, MISSED, OR UNDELIVERED ALERT — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
RELAYO'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO RELAYO IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App, which permanently removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Relayo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms.
Relayo may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
